Chocolate mousse in chocolate cup

I created this white and dark chocolate mousse last weekend. I had some extra heavy cream at home so I wanted to create something yummy of it. I don’t advise to prepare it in case you’re on a diet. The preparation takes about 1,5 hours.

Ingredients for 6 portions:

The cup
150 g dark chocolate

The mousse
250 ml heavy cream (38%)
50 g dark chocolate
50 g white chocolate
8 g heavy cream stabilizer

The decoration
18 pieces raspberries (1 in each cup and 2 for the top or as you prefer)
white and dark chocolate grating

Preparation:

First, prepare the chocolate cups which is quite easy and spectacular way serving your dessert. Melt the dark chocolate and put the first layer  by a silicon brush inside the silicon muffin cup. Put it in the fridge for 30 mins then repeat the process and put it back again for another 30 mins in the fridge.
Melt the dark and white chocolate separately. TIP! I added just a bit of oil to both chocolate. This way you can cool down it perfectly before adding to the whipped cream and the chocolate still will be liquid. Whip the cream with the stabilizer and add the white melted chocolate to one half of the cream and the dark chocolate to the other half.
Remove carefully the chocolate cups from the muffin cups. You can put raspberry or any kind of fruit you like at the bottom of the cups, add the two kinds of cream and decorate it again with fruits and chocolate.
